Hilary Eppert- Director Of Administration
Hilary is part organizational guru, part people person. She graduated with a master’s degree in Audiology and works part Time at Community ENT care. While she loves being a professional in the healthcare field, she finds true joy in working behind the scenes at IGNITE. She has worked alongside Mary Beth for over 7 years in the day-to-day operations of IGNITE Transform and IGNITE Center 4 Community, helping with organizational details, time management and strategic planning. When Hilary is not working with IGNITE, she enjoys reading, all things outdoors and spending time with her husband and adult children. Seeing the lives impacted and working with Mary Beth as the Founder and President of IGNITE is a joy, but working with Mary Beth and living out the mission of IGNITE as her sister has been truly a unique and wonderful experience.
