Mary Beth Woehrle – President & Founder
Dr. Mary Beth Woehrle is a retired Optometrist by training and a “story editor” by passion. Her passion is to empower woman to re-write their personal stories from broken to whole. She is the founder and President of IGNITE.TRANSFORM, a non-profit mental health program that provides mental health counseling, while using fitness as a tool and the love of God to transform lives. Mary Beth also co-founded 100 Women Who Care Hamilton County awarding over sixty thousand dollars to non-profits in Hamilton County. Her own story, redeemed and restored, gives her hope and insight into the importance of mental health care and the inter-relationship between mental and physical wellness as well as the restorative role that spiritual connection plays. As an active Freedom Hiker (hiking 28 miles in 16 hours), Mary Beth raises awareness and money to free women and children from sexual slavery. Her greatest joy is spending time with her husband Rick and their two daughters, Olivia and Evelyn.
