Sally Bauer – Community Partners Coordinator
Sally Bauer brings a wealth of experience to her role as Community Partner Coordinator at IGNITE Transformation. With many years in medical sales, Sally has always valued health and well-being. Her journey took a profound turn when she fostered two small boys from a mother with severe mental health issues, sparking a deep interest in understanding and addressing mental health. Sally’s work with adults in the guardianship program at the Shepherd Center further solidified her commitment, as she saw firsthand the impact of systemic and neglected mental health issues. Sally is passionate about embracing IGNITE Transformation’s three pillars of mental health treatment: mental health therapy, physical wellness, and spiritual wellness. Her dedication to these principles is mirrored in her personal life, where she strives to maintain her health in all aspects to spend quality time with her husband, two daughters and their husbands, and her 15-month-old granddaughter.
