Feeling alone, lost, scared or overwhelmed? Busy schedules, kids, work, family stress and complicated relationships can make us feel out of control. We can lose focus on the important things in life and can be overtaken by our burdens. I know what it’s like to struggle in life. I understand feeling hurt and pain while joy and peace seem
out of reach. Finding a good fit with an experienced therapist is important. I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space for healing and moving forward in life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed School Social Worker. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families.
I have an interest in your mental health and overall well-being. I believe in a compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy. I have experience working with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions such as starting college, marriage, parenthood, career change, and divorce.
You have the power to take back your life and be your best you. Whatever you struggle with, I am here to walk beside you and help you find your new path. Together we will discuss your struggles, set goals, tackle stumbling blocks that get in your way and work to make the changes you desire. It can be a challenging journey, but it is worth it to grow, heal and regain your health and happiness. Let’s work together to reach your goals!
